I would like copies of the my Extreme BackUpSM on DVD for $14.95 per copy. Orders must be placed within the term of your Extreme BackUp period. For example, if you order just one-month, then you must submit a claim within one month.

While our digital repository safely secures your photo images, in the unlikely event that your backup files are damaged or unusable, ScanMyPhotos.com cannot guarantee, warranty or be liable in any way for your files stored in our data room vaults and will refund no more than your charge for the Extreme BackUp storage fee.

Return Delivery Method, MUST choose one:

Return Shipping Option 1 - I would like you to return my entire order via USPS First Class at no additional charge.

Return Shipping Option 2 - I would like you to return my entire order via FedEx Standard Overnight (by 3pm the following business day, P.O. Boxes not accepted) for $48.50

If choosing FedEx return of just your digital disc jpeg files, you must also choose one of the following Signature Delivery Authorizations:
Deliver without signature      Direct recipient signature      Any adult signature

Return Shipping Option 3 - I would like you to return my entire order via FedEx International and I agree for ScanMyPhotos.com to charge my credit card accordingly for shipping and handling. International orders MUST choose this option.
