EXTREME BACKUP^SM - Yes, in addition to my regular scanning order, please back my photos up for 1, 6 or 12 months as an added security measure should I lose my DVD or should my DVD fall victim to unforeseen damage. Yes, Please provide me with (quantity) duplicate 4x6 photographic prints from each slide provided. The charge per photo is 20 ¢. WE RECOMMEND you order a duplicate set of freshly printed Kodak-quality pictures. It is also a smart way to preserve your memories with all identical-sized 4x6-print pictures. Yes, for the quickest return of my scanned images, please FedEx Overnight the discs with my scanned photos on them for $29.95 and please return my slides via USPS Priority Service with an additional, complimentary duplicate disc. (Minimum $19.95 per 1,000 slides in addition to the $29.95 FedEx charge)
